Plan Accordingly

    Who, What, When, Where? 

                You might be wondering why we need to think about this. If you really want to plan everything out step by step you really need to think about this. 

                Who are you going with? How many people are you going to take? If I am taking a lot of people, I should really choose activities that require more people in Costa Rica. 

                What are we going to do? What activities are available? If you go without doing research first then you may have a hard time finding activities to do especially if you are only there for a couple of days.

                What time of year are we going? How is the weather going to be while we are there? Give yourself enough time so that you can get you items before you actually leave. You don’t wanna get a plane ticket to Costa Rica the day after you plan it. You need to give yourself time to prepare. 

                 What part of Costa Rica are we going to? Are we going to visit any schools? How far is each activity that we want to do? 

                While planning to go somewhere, it does not have to be Costa Rica, you will always think about these questions. 

Get Proper Supplies 

            If you are going to Costa Rica Then you will not be taking Snow Jackets or anything related to Cold weather. You might be taking swimsuits, flip flops, Mosquito spray, ect. Going back to the Who, What, When, Where, if you do not do your research on the weather or what community you are going then you are doing something wrong. For example, if you are going to the beaches of Costa Rica, you should look at reviews.If you look at reviews then you should know that you should be careful at the beaches because monkeys can steal your bags and food. So maybe one thing you would want to do is get something not to expensive just in case a monkey does steal your bags. 

Be ready for any changes in schedule 

                Not everything is set in stone. So you might want to go to a certain activity in Costa Rica but they end up being closed last minute, you always need a back-up plan. This goes back to doing research. What is around the area? Where could we go if this doesn’t work out? Always think ahead because things can happen in an instant.

 

Enjoy Yourself 

            If you are planning to go someplace where you can relax, enjoy the view, ejnoy time with your family then you should really take advantage of it. IF you go with a negative attitude then it will not be as fun. Always be open to explore and learn. Going to a new country can be an eye opener for most people. Have an open mind and always enjoy yourself.
