Tuna Sandwich – When You Can’t Cook but Want to Eat Something

What Is a Tuna Sandwich?

A tuna sandwich is a sandwich which is made with tuna. Why? Because it’s a good meal, especially if you cannot cook. Today I’m going to show you how you can satiate your hunger while still making sure it’s flavorful.

What Your Bread Says About You:

Most of us like to use bread with their sandwiches. But what sort of bread should one consider when making a sandwich? Well, this is a matter of philosophy regarding yourself and how you view the world. The kind of bread you choose really reflects on who you are as a person. For instance, if you choose sourdough, you are the sort of individual who does not like to conform. If you choose white bread perhaps you are the sort of person who takes comfort in normalcy and order, a very by the numbers individual. As for whole wheat, you’re neither of these, but rather like to reside somewhere in the middle, enjoying variety while rejecting both necessary chaos of sourdough and the plainness of white bread. What you choose ultimately reflects who you are and is integral to making the sandwich properly. As for the meat of the article, tuna, it also plays a key role in forming the sandwich which bears its name.

Preparation of the Tuna:

So, how do you make the tuna? Well, it is quite simple.

First, put two six-ounce cans white meat tuna drained into a bowl. Next, add two tablespoons of minced celery, two tablespoons of minced red onions, two tablespoons of minced olives, a one third cup of light mayonnaise, two tablespoons of whole-grain mustard, 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes, and some freshly ground black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir and combine these all together.

OK, Now What?

Then, toast two pieces of your bread together. Finally, when you are done, combine the bread and the tuna to make your sandwich.

Congratulations! You Did It!
